🙏 Prayer

Heavenly Father,

I don't have the right words today.

I'm tired.
I'm hurting.
And You already know the parts of my heart that I haven't been able to say out loud.

So I come to You just as I am.

If all I have today is a whisper, hear my whisper.
If all I have are tears, receive my tears.
If all I have is silence, stay with me in the silence.

Wrap me in Your presence and remind me that I don't have to pretend to be strong with You. Hold my heart together when it feels like it's falling apart. Quiet the thoughts that steal my peace and replace them with the truth that I am deeply loved, deeply known, and never beyond Your reach.

Thank You for never leaving my side—not on my strongest days, and certainly not on my weakest.

Help me simply take this next breath with You.

🌿 Today's Reflection

Maybe you didn't scan this code by accident.

Maybe your heart is carrying something that feels too heavy for words.

If that's where you are today, I don't want to rush you or try to fix everything you're feeling.

I simply want to remind you of this one truth:

God is here.

Psalm 34:18 says that "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

Notice what it doesn't say.

It doesn't say He waits until you're strong.
It doesn't say He comes after you've figured everything out.

It says He is close to the brokenhearted.

If your heart is broken today, then He is already near.

So don't worry about having enough strength for tomorrow. Don't worry about having all the answers today.

Just let Him be close.

Sit with Him.
Breathe with Him.
Cry if you need to.

There is no performance required.
No perfect prayer.
No pretending.

Just you...
and the God who refuses to leave your side.

Before you go, hold on to this truth:

You are loved more deeply than you know.
You are held more securely than you feel.
And even in this moment, you are not alone.
